Baby Bjorn

The Baby Bjorn is a wonderful product! We originally had bought a cheaper version...bad move! Sometimes you get what you pay for! Both of my babies loved being held close - but due to their size, slings just weren't a comfortable option.

What I like most about the Baby Bjorn:
1. Keeps baby close and parents hands free
2. Easy to buckle on
3. Wide, padded shoulder straps distribute weight evenly for comfortable carrying.

A great buy!

Barnslig Rand Bib - IKEA

Where else but IKEA can you find 2 bibs for $3.99? These smock-like bibs work wonders controlling the mess. My child hates to wear bibs - but these velcro at the neck making it near impossible for him to get off. The little pocket catches almost everything dropped. A really great buy!

Charlie's Soap

Charlie's Soap is guaranteed to be the best laundry liquid you've ever used! I will completely vouch for this brand of soap. We bought it specifically to wash our cloth diapers because we were told that it rinses clean and will not leave residue behind. What's the big deal - you don't want diapers that are not absorbant! We now wash all of our clothes with this soap. It's great.

What I like most about this soap is that it contains no dyes, phosphates, UV brightners or perfumes. It is hypoallergenic, won't face colors, is non-toxic and completely biodegradable. Check them out online: http://www.charliesoap.com/.

Medela Pump In Style Advanced Breastpump

I cannot say enough about this pump!! I bought it because it was recommended to me by my hospital's Lactation Consultant and it is worth every penny. I used this pump for 14 months, 5-6 times a day, and had absolutely NO problems with it. If you plan on breastfeeding or pumping, this is definitely the pump to go with. After only 2 or 3 months you will have saved as much money as this pump costs from NOT having to buy formula.

**With daily use, I would reccommend buying the product replacement plan that most stores offer with this kind of purchase just in case anything malfunctions. It is worth the few extra dollars you will spend!

Snuggle Up, Sleepy Ones by Claire Freedman

My husband ran across this book the last time we were in Borders Books. It is a wonderful bedtime book to add to your nightly bedtime routine. The illustrations are beautiful and the story is really precious to read. A bedtime must-have!
